There ...

... ya happy now?

Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.

Wayne Community College, Taylor Mi ~ June 17, 2008

The decision to move two veiled woman behind him, out of camera range, at the Detroit Rally this past Monday, was made by his campaign people. One of the women wants a direct apology from Obama and a personal invite to sit behind him at his next rally. I'm sick of all the politically correct crapola and I wish the attention in this election would stick to the two presidential candidates platforms.

Personally, I think a Hijab works on bad hair days.

Maybe with my Polish heritage, I should consider wearing a babushka!

They probably should have put a babushka on that blond 'cause really...from my point of view...she's having a bad hair day!
Speaking of which...am wondering if I can get away with a hijab, or even a babushka on days like today...i've taken "bad hair day" to a whole new level!!!

Yeah what you said, so sick of the games, scripted crap and photo ops that just get picked to pieces.. Time they get to the nitty gritty, and no more mud slinging.

Wonder what they would have done if it was a woman, who, like me, simply wears a scarf because of medical issues?

Or a Jewish woman who covers her hair?

Geez. I'm so sick of this campaign I could scream.

I actually, though, kinda understand his campaign people's theory. I don't agree with it, but I understand. It would have been one more ruse the right wingers could have used "Look, he's consorting with terrorists!"

Ree, I agree with you, either way he was going to get slammed. The spin would have gone back to "He's not a Christian, but a Muslim."

Life is complicated enough without all the crapola...politically correct, image, discrimination, perceived discrimination, power tripping and worst of all...a bad hair day -- you ask me, a bad hair day tops 'em all -- now that's something I can really spend some time stressing over! ;)

Too much political correctness and sensitivity. It trickles down. It's all the blame game. No one takes personal responsibility for themselves for their kids!
I tend to have great hair days when I'm going no where. Otherwise it can be bad.

Where are the men??!? Is he anti-male?!??

I have to agree with dkuroiwa. That blonde in front definitely needs something to cover up her straw-hair!

Patience: ^5 @ he must be anti-male, lol

While I agree with all your sentiments, there is a reason it's called "politically" correct. Perception is reality.
