Reality Check

Back to work, 2 weeks worth all on my desk waiting for me.
And, this is just one third of my desk.
The part my boss organized.

Ah,it kind of looks like my desk at home, with my mail, Mom's, Brian's, Clnts...not to worry. You'll be caught up by September or so.

Good that no one did your work whilst you were away. Otherwise, well, you might feel you were not needed!

My desk looks lots worse than that and I haven't gone anywhere!!

I hate it when my boss decides to "help" me organize.

At least it's 60 today instead of 12. And it's the weekend.

Just scoop all the bills into the trash can. Vendors will always send more and then you can deal with them as they come in.

This should cut the amount of work you have in half.

(It doesn't work so well if you also employed this method of tidying in the weeks before you left for vacation.)

My desk...my room...my house...ALWAYS looks like that and I don't have a boss to "help" me.
Can you drink at work? That would make things sooo much easier...oh wait!! You went to work on Saturday....were you drinking at work then?? :-D
I'm thinking that if you sprinkle some sand around your desk...get a coconut smelling air freshener...put on some Jimmy Buffett music...crank up the heat in your office and wear shorts...then, it will be like "working on vacation"!!

Oh no! You need to put up some of those wonderful photos to remind you of the sun and sand.
