He's 72 and could die tomorrow. She's 44. Is inexperienced. Is pro-oil (big time!) Anti-anything other than traditional Christian beliefs. And is wrapped up in her own scandal because her ex-brother in law was fired from his police officer job for threatening her and her sister.
I had my doubts about Obama picking Biden. I have even more about McCain picking her.
Definitely will be an interesting race. And it's become very clear who I'll be voting for.
Oh my the poor guy just totally inhanced his 'I'm an idiot and have no idea what I'm doing' to an all time high, did you see his face when she started to give her schpeal, was like 'what the hell did I let my wife talk me into' *lol* wasn't even sure when to applaud or smile. I'm a bit sad that I've heard no Monty Python references. I'm sure Michael Palin was in a few Looney Party sketches.
I'm not a McCain supporter but I think it's a smart move. History will be made whoever wins. People I've talked with in person are saying favorable things about Palin as his VP choice. On a disgusting note, I was told she's a GILF. "G" stands for governor. I'll let you figure out the rest.
I think it is brilliant! What better way to woo the dems (especially the women) who are still stinging from HRD's loss and are less than enamored with Obama.

I still think it was a smart move. If he picked someone who had a clean slate, we would have spent a lot of time trying to dig up dirt. This way we know she is normal and has her problems. I have to say this race is becoming more interesting. Yes I agree Ewwwww. It was like the time I saw Neil Diamond lay down on the stage and kiss some 21 year old girl. Ewwwwwww.
